Erik is a seasoned real estate broker based in Orange County, California, with over a decade of experience helping clients navigate the Southern California market. Having worked with respected brokerages like Berkshire Hathaway and Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty, Erik built a career on delivering exceptional client experiences through clear communication and modern marketing. Frustrated by how scattered and outdated the seller experience had become, Erik envisioned a better way for agents to keep their clients informed and engaged. That vision became ListingPulse — a platform designed to bring transparency, simplicity, and professionalism to every listing.
James Walker
Co-Founder & Chief Technical Officer
James is a software engineer with over twenty years of experience building products in real estate, finance, and developer tools. He’s led engineering teams through everything from quiet rebuilds of legacy systems to greenfield launches that ship every week. After watching agents like Erik patch together the seller experience from a dozen disconnected apps, James joined as co-founder and CTO to build the platform he always wished agents had — one that treats client communication as a first-class product, not an afterthought. He leads engineering, design, and infrastructure for ListingPulse.
